Ruben

The Junior School children got a huge surprise when Ruben the Road Safety Bear visited on Friday. Its a great way of getting the message across to the children about keeping safe on and near the road. 
The children got to help Ruben deliver his message.

Rugby Skills

Today we had a representative from Thames Valley Rugby come to school to teach us some rugby skills. Rugby will be starting again soon in Te Aroha. Rippa rugby is suitable for the five year olds as their is no contact. Here we are in action.

Where the Wild Things Are.

We made our monsters from the book called "Where the wild things are" with Mrs Prattley. They are very scary. Come into Room 6 to check them out. 

Tuakana Teina

It was lovely to watch the interactions between Room 13 and Room 6.  They shared their reading and writing with each other and found out about each others families.
