Dress Up Day

We had dress up day today to finish off our Book Fair week.  Here are Room 6 in their fantastic dress ups. We had a great variety and a super fun day.

It was lovely to watch the kids from Room 13 buddy up with the Room 6 kids today. Room 6 read their books to the big kids and showed them around our classroom.  Then we headed over to Room 13 where they showed what they can do on their technology devices. 

Alex's Grumpy Bear & Have you filled a bucket today?

Last week we read about Grumpy Bear. This is Alex's Grumpy Bear and her great piece of writing.

After reading  Have you filled a bucket today?, we decided to make our own bucket and fill it with all the good things that we do everyday at home and at school. The children have  been working hard to get a note which we put into our bucket. If your child does something at home, please write it in their notebook and it will go into the bucket.  When we have filled our bucket we are going to get a surprise.

Autumn Leaves

This is our Autumn display that we did with Mrs Prattley. It was lots of fun, especially making the leaf people. We had to follow the instructions carefully and this is what we finished up with. Pop into Room 6 to see it.

Assembly

Room 5 & 6 had a combined assembly today. They sang "Ma is White". The children did very well considering they only had 3 days to prepare. Here are some of the photos, everyone loved having their faces painted.
