Room 5 & 6 afternoon

Room 5 & 6 got together this afternoon. We worked our way through our tumble activities, helping each other. We had lots of fun learning with Mrs Trebes' new games.  

Ice Skating

We had the opportunity to go ice skating in the Rec Centre on Wednesday. It was so much fun as you can see by the big smiley faces. 

Gala Fun

Hanging out with the ladybug and the white cat at the Gala. 

Houses

We had Whaea Arna teaching us the meaning of each of our houses this morning. We made up an action to represent each house. Whaea Arna will work with us some more when she is in every week.

Room 6 Treaty

We finally got our Room 6 treaty up today. We decided on six of the things that we think are important to us. Hopefully we will see them in action as the year progresses. 

Room 6 & 13

Room 6 & 13 Tuakana Teina time. I think the big kids enjoyed the activities that they used to do when they were in Room 6. Lots of fun was had by all. 

Welcome to Room 6

We are the new Room 6 kids for 2017. We have 20 kids altogether, 12 girls and 8 boys. We have spent the day today settling in and getting to know each other.
